Postal voting to be held on Oct 8 and 9
Election Commission secretary Datuk Ngah Senik said this was necessary as there were 4,604 postal voters in the constituency.
“In the 2008 general election, more than 800 ballot papers were not returned and some 200 were spoilt,” he told reporters here.
Ngah also said the returning officer had been told to not be overzealous when checking the nomination papers. - + selanjutnya
