Ministry mulls programme allowing Malaysian experts to share knowledge

JOHOR BARU: The Higher Education Ministry is looking at a new programme called the “Brain Share” programme where Malaysian experts overseas can share their knowledge with people in Malaysia.
Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Khaled Noordin said the programme would be more flexible than the “Brain Gain” programme launched in 2006.
He said the “Brain Gain” programme wanted Malaysian experts from overseas to work in the country on a contractual basis.
