MACC did not follow procedures

KUALA LUMPUR: Segambut member of parliament Lim Lip Eng will submit a letter of complaint today to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's Complaints Committee against alleged irregular procedures in handling witnesses.

Lim pointed out alleged discrepancies committed by several MACC officers when dealing with witnesses.

Lim referred to Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Nazri Abdul Aziz's written reply recently on MACC's procedures at a press conference yesterday.

He was accompanied by Kajang councillor Tan Boon Hwa, one of the witnesses in the inquest into the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock.- + selanjutnya
