Liu queried over Sg Pelek allocation
SHAH ALAM: Officers from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) have quizzed Selangor state exco Ronnie Liu on the alleged misuse of the Sungai Pelek constituency’s allocation.
MACC officers from Putrajaya questioned Liu for about three hours from 10.15am yesterday at his office at the state secretariat building.
Later at a press conference, Liu said the officers also asked him about a sugarcane machine which was given to a disabled person.
“We gave him a sugarcane machine to make him self-reliant,” he said.
Liu added that he was questioned on eight cases involving allocations of between RM1,200 and RM5,000.- + selanjutnya
