Ganja in the PM’s Dept: Two told to enter defence

KUALA LUMPUR: Two men charged with trafficking 705.58g of cannabis in the Prime Minister’s Department four years ago have been called by the High Court to enter their defence.

High Court judge Justice Lim Yee Lan handed down her ruling Thursday at the end of the prosecution case which saw 11 witnesses testifying against both the accused.

She ruled that both Mohd Noor Adamiah Zakaria, 25, and Mohamed Iqbal Aminallah, 42, had joint physical custody and knowledge of the drugs, and that there was no break in the chain of evidence in the case against them- + selanjutnya
