KUALA LUMPUR, Fri: Two former senior officers of Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB) were today ordered by the Sessions Court here to enter their defence to allegedly falsifying bond certificates valued at US$5 billion (about RM18 billion) in 2002.
Judge S. M. Komathy Suppiah in her decision said the prosecution had succeeded in proving a prima facie case against PUNB's former chief executive officer Ahmadi @ Ahmad Zukni Johari, 68, and former secretary Mohamad Aminuddin Mohamed Zain, 53.
She set Nov 7 for Ahmad Zukni and Mohamad Aminuddin to enter their defence.
