Selangor PAS chief under fire over Selcat criticism

PETALING JAYA: Selangor PAS commissioner Datuk Dr Hasan Ali is facing more heat over his criticism of the Selangor state assembly’s Select Committee for Competency, Accountability and Transparency (Selcat).

And he is getting brickbats even from his own colleagues.

Among those who lashed out at him were:

> PAS vice-president Datuk Mahfuz Omar, who said it was tantamount to attacking the principle of separation of powers;

> Party central committee member Khalid Samad, who felt Dr Hasan should have played his role as a member of the “Selangor state team”; - + selanjutnya
