PKFZ culprits will be punished, says DPM


MALACCA: The decision to charge those suspected of being involved in the controversial Port Klang Free Trade Zone (PKFZ) project shows the government will not protect anyone, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

It is also based on evidence of elements of corruption. “Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak had said that any matters concerning the PKFZ, the government
will be transparent.

“We will not compromise on this matter.

“Any reports to the authorities will be investigated and the findings will be submitted to the Attorney-General’s Chambers.[ lagi ]
