He added that they would also include the results of the Oct 10 EGM for review by delegates in the second EGM to work out whether the results were in line with the party constitution.

"At the moment, it is best to leave it to the central delegates to decide the future of MCA, instead of having this kind of fiasco which is causing a lot of damage to the credibility of the MCA."

Wong said they were arranging to meet with party secretary-general Datuk Wong Foon Meng and the new legal bureau chief Lim Hong Sang as soon as possible to work out the details of the second EGM.- + selanjutnya
