Fireworks again thrown at Sarawak DAP chief’s home
SIBU, Oct 15 — An explosive fireworks was again thrown at the home of Wong Ho Leng, the state DAP chairman, in Jalan Ipoh here.
The closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera at his house showed footage of two unidentified men throwing the explosive at the fencing where it exploded in the incident at 7.26 last night.
"I was opening the door when I saw a huge flash of fire followed by a deafening explosion.
"The flares shot everywhere, including into my house compound. The grass at the side of the drain caught fire and burned,” he told reporters.
He said his family members were safe at home and that there was no damage to property although his five children were quite unnerved. - + selanjutnya
