EC advises tourists, party supporters to avoid PD on Sunday
PUTRAJAYA: The Election Commission (EC) has asked tourists and supporters of political parties to stay away from Port Dickson on Sunday so as not to cause traffic congestion during polling for the Bagan Pinang state by-election in Negri Sembilan.
EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof said traffic congestion would make it difficult for voters to get to polling stations to exercise their right.
Leaders of political parties should convey this message to their party members and supporters, he told reporters after an Aidilfitri reception organised by the EC, here.- + selanjutnya
