Two Umno Youth division leaders caught shooting heroin
KUALA TERENGGANU, Sept 29 – Police arrested two Umno Youth division leaders suspected of taking heroin during a raid on a house in Kampung Tengah, Kijal, last night.
State Narcotics CID chief Supt Roslan Abdul Wahid said the two, aged 41, were among 74 people rounded up during “Ops Sepadu” conducted by the department with the cooperation of the Dungun and Kemaman district police headquarters.
“One of the divisional Youth leaders was in the living room of the house at about 9pm, while the other was caught with his elder brother in a room of the same house. We also seized a straw tube of what was believed to be heroin from one of them,” he told Bernama here today. - + selanjutnya
