Jamil Khir scolds concert organiser for being ‘insensitive’
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 2(Bernama) -- Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Jamil Khir Baharom today chided the organiser of this Saturday's concert by Micheal Learns to Rock for not taking into consideration the sensitivity of Muslims in the country.
The action by the organiser to go ahead with the concert at the Arena of Stars, Genting Highlands, Pahang, showed their disrespect for the fasting month, he said in a statement here today.
He said his statement should be taken in the spirit of I Malaysia for the sake of unity and harmony. – Bernama

Hei Datuk Jamil, you are the one that is insensitive. You should be more aware of the multiracial rakyat. They are having the concert at GENTING, Datuk, not that Masjid Negara. Please lar, don't play politics. Do your work properly. You should concentrate more on muslims that are not towing your islamic rules eg. drinking at pubs and disco. I am sure you will find a lot of your colleagues there. If you are not happy stay at home and watch P.Ramlee shows lar. You are such a poor sports.
