Mobile phone was in the possession of an anti-corruption investigating officer

SHAH ALAM, July 20 — Selangor police chief Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar confirmed today that Teoh Beng Hock’s mobile phone was in the possession of an anti-corruption investigating officer, leading to questions about whether the dead DAP activist had been “released” as claimed by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

The MACC maintains the 30-year-old political secretary was released at 3.45am on Thursday morning after being questioned at its Selangor headquarters in Shah Alam. - + selanjutnya
