Nalla ordered to give details to Anwar

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has ordered Malaysian Indian United Party (MIUP) president Datuk S. Nallakaruppan to furnish details regarding his allegation that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had received RM60mil from him and from gaming company Magnum Corp Bhd.

Justice Zabariah Yusof rejected Nallakaruppan’s appeal to overturn an order by the High Court’s assistant registrar on Aug 28 granting Anwar’s application to be given the details.

Zabariah, who made the decision in chambers, ordered Nallakaruppan to furnish Anwar with the details on who gave the monies, and when and where it was given within 14 days from today.- + selanjutnya
