Selangor writes off RM45mil

SHAH ALAM – The Khalid Ibrahim administration is taking steps to write off RM45mil that had been spent by the Selangor Economic Development Corporation (PKNS) on infrastructure works in Bukit Botak, near here.

This is part of the state government’s solution to problems faced by settlers who had waited for 20 years to own a home in the area.

“After studying all issues and listening to all parties, the state government decided that acquiring the land is the best way to achieve a holistic solution, which will ultikhalid-ibrahim-2.jpgmately benefit all the 1,400 settlers,” the mentri besar said in a statement here. [ lagi ]
