Kg Buah Pala villager says he was manhandled by workers
GEORGE TOWN: A Kampung Buah Pala villager has lodged a police report claiming he was manhandled by a group of workers carrying out demolition work at the village in Gelugor here.
C. Tharmaraj, who is also the village’s Residents Association Committee assistant secretary, suffered cuts and bruises on both hands after he was shoved to the ground before being repeatedly kicked during the 3.45pm incident on Thursday.
He also alleged that one of the workers hit him in the elbow with a crowbar. - + selanjutnya
