Sivakumar, BN backbenchers file police reports
IPOH: Former Perak Speaker V. Sivakumar lodged a report against the police and State Secretary Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Hashim for blocking him from entering the State Secretariat on Monday.
Meanwhile, the Perak Backbenchers Club also lodged a police report at the district police station against Sivakumar for impersonating as speaker.
In his report, lodged at the district police headquarters Tuesday, Sivakumar accused both parties of infringing Section 124 of the Penal Code for obstructing an elected representative from entering the State Assembly.
The section carries a maximum jail term of seven years. - + selanjutnya
